Saison or Farmhouse Ale is a brewing style that originates from the French speaking Vallonian part of Belgium. Characteristic for the style is a certain ”funkiness” along with a very dry and crispy sensation in the mouth.
In our interpretation of the style, we used organic black pepper, to underline the spiciness that origins from the Saison yeast.
